José María Baldasano and a group of researchers have co-authored the study “Development of a high-resolution maritime emissions inventory for the Gulf of Mexico (GoM-HEI) based on AIS data”, the first high-resolution maritime emissions inventory for the Gulf of Mexico. This inventory aims to contribute to environmental policy decisions, protect public health, and preserve the coastal ecosystems of the Gulf of Mexico using precise scientific data.
