José María Bové, full academician of the Royal European Academy of Doctors-Barcelona 1914 (RAED) and founding partner and president of Bové Montero y Asociados, published the book “Hacer negocios en España” (Doing business in Spain), Profit Editorial, a comprehensive guide about legislation on labor, tax and commercial matters in the Spanish market.

Directed both local investor and the foreign, the work also describes the main features of the society and the Spanish market, from geography, demography and institutional reality to political and languages, in addition to those issues of legal, tax, accounting nature and labor that affect the creation of a business in Spain.
