Tribuna Plural, the review of the Royal Academy of Doctors (RAD), devotes his number 7 at the International Congress held in Mexico last October and publishes all papers presented there. The publication reviewed in a monograph of more than 500 pages the event, with specific items of its main drivers: RAD president, Alfredo Rocafort, who introduced special number next to academic and editor of Tribuna Plural Joan Francesc Pont Clemente; the rector of the Autonomous University of Coahuila, Blas José Flores, and the rector of the University La Salle La Laguna and president of the Community of Institutions of Higher Education of La Laguna (Cieslag), Luis Arturo Dávila.
Ordered in all three axes in Congress (strategic management of organizations, management innovation and development personnel and management of human capital and organizational culture), the monograph reviews the proposals of Mexican and Spanish researchers in a presentation with articulated graphics, bibliography and summary easy to read. This is the second monograph of the journal and the third number published in 2015.
