Dr. Jaime Rodrigo de Larrucea
Jaime Rodrigo de Larrucea, full academician of the Royal European Academy of Doctors-Barcelona 1914 (RAED) and president of the Section of Technological Sciences, warned of the need to have a proactive legislation to replace the current reactive model during his intervention in the Third International Event of the RAED, held between 15 and 22 July in various Baltic cities.
Professor of Nautical Law at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, the academician explained the work “El derecho y la legislación proactiva: nuevas perspectivas en la ciencia jurídica” (Law and proactive legislation: new perspectives in legal science), in which using examples of international and maritime law introduced the main lines of work of proactive law.
