Miguel Ángel Gallo, full academician of the Royal European Academy of Doctors-Barcelona 1914 (RAED), president of its Senate and professor emeritus of IESE has made a donation to the Library of the RAED of the book “Claves en la consultoría de empresa familiar” (Keys in the consulting of familiar company), coordinated by himself and Javier Macías Berrocal, professor of EAE and member of the Family Firm Institute. The book, edited by the Spanish Club of Advisors of Familar Company, tries to offer real solutions to the problems that arise in the family business with models of good practices collected from experiences and experiences of their authors. Its chapters focus on financing, interpersonal conflicts, governance and strategic direction, and family protocol.
