Luis Alberto Lacalle reflects on the new international order in “La Vanguardia”

Luis Alberto Lacalle, former president of Uruguay and honorary academician of the Royal European Academy of Doctors-Barcelona 1914 (RAED), reflects on the new international order that leads the economic and geostrategic boom of China and the isolationism of the Trump Administration in a interview published by Spanish newspaper “La Vanguardia” this Saturday, June 17.
