Program

Day 23: Thursday

11.55 – Departure from Barcelona by IRYO train, Infinita Bistro class, bound for Madrid. Lunch included on board.

14.40 – Arrival in Madrid – Atocha.

14.50 to 16.30 – Transfer by direct coach to Segovia.

16.40 – Overnight at Hotel Cándido (4*). Free time to rest or enjoy the Spa (Including one entrance per person and stay).

20.00 – Departure for dinner at the restaurant La Portada del Mediodía. Return to the hotel.

Day 24: Friday

8.00 – 9.00 – Breakfast.

9.15 to 13.00 – Academic sessions at the hotel, in the usual format, in periods of 15 minutes (13 presentations).

13.45 – Transfer to the Mesón Cándido located in the Plaza del Acueducto for lunch.

16.30 to 19.30 – City tour of Segovia: Aqueduct, Alcazar, Cathedral and Church of San Esteban and free time to walk around Segovia and shopping. Reception with the mayor.

19.30 – Return to the hotel.

20.30 – Dinner at the hotel.

Day 25 – Saturday

8.00 to 8.45 – Breakfast.

9.00 to 14.00 – Departure to La Granja de San Ildefonso. There we will visit, the Royal Factory of Crystals, the Royal Palace, the Royal Stables and its famous Gardens. Reception of the
Mayor of La Granja and the members of the Association “Tutor del Judión de la Farm.” Return to the hotel.

14.30 – Lunch at the hotel.

17.00 to 19.45 – Start of the second part of the academic sessions (8 presentations).

21.00 – Dinner at the hotel.

Día 26 – Sunday

8.00 a 8.45 – Breakfast.

9.00 a 11.45 – Free time.

12.00 a 13.30 -Departure by bus to Atocha station.

14.25 – Boarding the IRYO train and lunch on board.

Characteristics Of The Presentations – Segovia 2023

(A) PUBLIC EXHIBITION

1. In advance, it is necessary to dispose as quickly as possible
of the title of the paper so that it can be included in the scientific program.

2. All papers must be presented in person at the meeting venue.

3. The strict duration of each exposure will be 15 minutes.

4. If desired, audiovisual presentations can be used.

5. When preparing the presentation it is essential to take into account
that the public is varied, not specialist, so the subject to be addressed
and the exposure must be appropriate to the general interest.

6. In order to speed up pauses between presentations,

of 72 hours before the event, that file so that it can be loaded from
in advance and the necessary tests can be done before them.

B) WRITTEN PAPER

1. The written text of the same must contain the title, a minimum of
2,500 words and include, necessarily, a very brief summary of the CV of the
speaker, biographical references and abstract of 250 words, this summary

2. For the publication of the papers must be sent before 28
April 2023 the text in Word that will be subsequently published, with the
typical characteristics of this type of work (photographs, tables, figures and
