Jaime Rodrigo de Larrucea, Profesor of Maritime Law at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and full academician of the Royal European Academy of Doctors-Barcelona 1914, will deliver next Wednesday, April 20, the conference “103 years of maritime safety”, where will review the history of maritime law over the last century. Organized by the Port of Tarragona and the Titanic Foundation, the event will be held in the conference room of the Port of Tarragona.
