Miguel Ángel Gallo Laguna de Rins, IESE professor emeritus, will enter at the Royal Academy of Doctors (RAD) as Academician at a ceremony to be held in Barcelona on February 16. The recipient will read the inaugural address “Family business: Succession? Generational coexistence?”. Will respond on behalf of the RAD the academician Pedro Clarós Blanch.

Born in Barcelona in 1933, the future academician is a recognized expert in the field of Spanish family business, which has devoted studies that become reference works. After graduating in industrial engineering and take the doctorate, he specialized in senior management and dedicated his career to teaching at IESE.
