Joaquim Gironella, full academician and attached to the Presidency of the Royal European Academy of Doctors-Barcelona 1914 (RAED) and recognized surgeon, will participate in the International Seminar “Penser l’Europe”, which will hold the Romanian Academy between next September 30 and October 2 in Bucharest under the title “Bientôt un siècle depuis le fin de la Première Guerre Mondiale: qu’est ce l’Europe a appris de son histoire?”.
Gironella will intervene with the paper “Raisonnement critique sélectif des évènements scientifiques biomedicau au XXème Siecle”, whichpresents some paradigmatic examples of major events biomedical scientists of the twentieth century as the discovery of DNA, organ transplants or laboratory advances up to cloning.
