He is the author of several books on sweet cuisine translated into numerous languages and has developed two new lines of research on the process of sustainable production of cocoa and chocolates and on new techniques for making ice cream. Goodwill Ambassador for the Development Program of the United Nations Organization. Gold medal for merit in the Fine Arts.
