The Community Higher Education Institutions of La Laguna (Cieslag) presented a video summary of the International Congress on Research, Innovation and Regional Development held with the Royal Academy of Doctors (RAD) in the Mexican state of Durango between past 14 and 16 October that complements the monograph devoted by Tribuna Plural, the review of the RAD, with the publication of the papers presented at this scientific meeting in its number 7.

The sessions were articulated in three thematic areas (strategic management of organizations, management of innovation and regional development and management of human capital and organizational culture) and specialized workshops and presentations expert panel joined. The Congress included representatives of 32 educational and research institutions that form the Cieslag, led by the presidents of the Autonomous University of Coahuila, José Flores, and Laguna La Salle University, Arturo Dávila. The Spanish delegation was led by the president of the RAD, Alfredo Rocafort.
