The Royal European Academy of Doctors-Barcelona 1914 (RAED) will participate in the cycle of multidisciplinary activities on food that will jointly organize various Catalan academies. The full academician and president of its Section of Sciences of the Health Maria Àngels Calvo represented the RAED in the meeting organizer, held in the room Puig i Cadafalch of the Institute of Catalan Studies. In spite of its internationalization and its European character, the Royal Academy is committed to join forces with other academies and actively participate in all the scientific activities that take place in Catalonia, where it arose more than a hundred years ago.
