Salvatore Tomaselli, full academician elected of the Royal European Academy of Doctors-Barcelona 1914 (RAED), advocates for a specific and ongoing training for young heirs and future family business managers as key to ensuring their continuity and growth. Tomaselli points out his thesis in the article “La Formazione Generazionale nelle Aziende Familiari” (Generational training in family businesses), which will appear in the next issue of Tribuna Plural, the magazine of the RAED.

For the academician elected, “what matters is that young people are involved in the life of the family business, that they acquire the necessary basic knowledge and that they are prepared to face the difficult multiplicity of functions and the need for dialogue between subjects with different points of view that occur in these societies”.
