Francisco Echevarría, specialist in real estate law of the firm CEL Abogados and rapporteur of the Royal European Academy of Doctors-Barcelona 1914 (RAED), explains in an interview published by the newspaper El Economista in its edition of November 28 how a sentence by the Spanish Supreme Court that condemns financial institutions to return private investments in failed real estate developments opens the door for those affected to easily recover their money.
Echevarría is the director of the Department of Real Estate Law of CEL Abogados, a reference firm founded three decades ago by prof. Alfonso Hernández-Moreno, full academician and counsel of the RAED.
