Moderator: Dr. Alfredo Rocafort Nicolau, President of the RAED
- Dr. Jaume Armengou, Full Member of the RAED, Secretary General of IESE, and professor in its Department of Decision Analysis.
- Dr. José María Baldasano Recio, Emeritus Professor of Environmental Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), Full Member of the RAED, and expert in climate modeling and air quality.
- Mr. Lorenzo Correa, civil engineer, founder of futurodelagua.com, executive coach, and author of “100 Poems of Water,” with a distinguished career in water management and public outreach.
During the debate, the causes, impacts, and responses to DANA will be addressed from scientific, managerial, and cultural perspectives, fostering an interdisciplinary reflection on these extreme meteorological phenomena.
