Daniel Turbón presents to the Royal European Academy of Doctors a copy of his work “Darwin y el mono” (Darwin and the monkey)

Daniel Turbón, full academician elected of the Royal European Academy of Doctors-Barcelona 1914 (RAED), has donated to the Library of the institution the book “Darwin y el mono” (Darwin and the monkey), a work he wrote with the scientific disseminator Carlos Alberto Marmelada. The study tries to bring the figure of the author of “The origin of species” to the general public and explain the meaning and scope of his work.

Turbón is professor of Biology at the University of Barcelona and coordinator of his Teaching Innovation Group of Biology and Culture: Human Diversity and Evolution.
