Captain of the Merchant Navy (No. 10,174). Official University Master’s Degree in Port Management and Logistics. Researcher in the “Maritime Policy” Research Group of the University of Cádiz.

Publications: one book and five technical articles. Teaching at: Professor of the International MBA Global at Loyola University. Guest External Professor at the University of Seville, Faculty of Economics and Business. Substitute Professor at the University of Cádiz in the Department of Navigation Sciences and Techniques. Professor in Summer Courses at the Pablo de Olavide University of Seville. Associate Professor of the UPC Department of Nautical Science and Engineering.

Professional experience: 35 years in the maritime port sector, currently Head of the Commercial and Quality Department at the Port Authority of Seville.

Other merits: Representative of the Spanish Engineering Institute in the Engineering Training Development Committee (CECB) FMOI (WFEOUNESCO). Member of the Spanish delegation in the Engineering and Environment Committee (CEE) FMOI (WFEO-UNESCO).
