Abertis Infraestructuras will sponsor the act that the Royal European Academy of Doctors-Barcelona 1914 (RAED) will dedicate to the figure and work of Miguel de Cervantes on the occasion of the fourth centenary of his death on December 19, according to the contract signed by both parties.

The session will be entitled “Cervantes, su obra vista con 400 años de perspectiva”(Cervantes, his work seen with 400 years of perspective) and will be led by the renowned Egyptian intellectual Ismail Seregeldin, director of the Library of Alexandria and expresident of the World Bank, who holds 21 honorary doctorates and a doctorate at Harvard University. He will be accompanied by academicians of the RAED Joan Francesc Pont and Xabier Añoveros, who are experts in the figure and the Cervantine work. Also will participate in the event the honorary academician Rosalía Arteaga, writer and former president of Ecuador.
