The Royal European Academy of Doctors-Barcelona 1914 (RAED) was present at the awards of Foment del Treball Nacional and Carles Ferrer Salat, chaired in this edition by His Majesty King Philip VI and vice-president of the Government, Soraya Sáenz de Santamaría. The President of the Academy, Alfredo Rocafort, and the secretary general of its Governing Board, José Luis Salido, attended the event. Both have also joined the gala dinner that has taken place next.

The winners were Javier Godó, Count of Godó, who has received the medal of honor to the Entrepreneurial Trajectory; Javier García Sanz, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SEAT, awarded as Entrepreneur of the Year, and the companies Grupo Indukern, Condis Supermercados, Grupo Carinsa and Salgot.
