La Directiva 2019/1937, conocida como Directiva Wishtleblowers, está siendo objeto de trasposición a nuestro ordenamiento interno, encontrándose en la actualidad en tramitación parlamentaria. Su implementación requerirá cambios en las políticas y protocolos de las personas jurídicas, pero su filosofía tendrá igualmente impacto en todos los operadores jurídicos.
La presente Jornada ofrece una visión de conjunto que comprende a todos los operadores jurídicos implicados.
