Graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Barcelona, 1965. Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology (1970) and Doctor in Medicine and Surgery, with thesis graded excellent cum laude (1975). Career teaching positions: Assistant Professor (1970-1974), Professor in Charge of Course (1974-1975), Adjunct University Professor (1975-1985) and Full Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology (1985-2011).
Teaching Coordinator of the Clinical Institute of Gynecology, Obstetrics and Perinatology and Resident Doctors Tutor (1990-1996). Performance as guest professor: Ibero-American Gynecology Course, Montevideo; Master Senology (2000-2007) and Master Sexual Health (2019-2022).
