UNIVERSITY QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate in Law from CEU San Pablo, affiliated with the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM). He successfully passed the degree examination of his program. He is Albacete-born by birth and by vocation.
- PhD in Law cum laude from the Complutense University of Madrid, under the supervision of his mentors, Professors Manuel Albaladejo and José Pérez de Vargas.
- Diploma in Sustainability from the Wharton School of Pennsylvania and in Business Strategy from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
TEACHING AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY
- Associate Professor of Civil Law at the Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid since 2002.
- He has served as Director of the Colegio Mayor San Pablo of Madrid, as well as Secretary General and Head of the Law Division of the Fundación Cisneros of the UCM.
- Director of the official Master’s Degree in Legal Practice at the Faculty of Law of the CEU San Pablo University, where he also served as a Trustee.
- Currently Director of Compliance and Sustainability at the FCC Group (Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas), and Chairman of its Corporate Compliance Committee.
- Member of the ESG Committee of the Board of Directors of FCC Environmental.
- President and Founder (1994) of the Asociación Nacional de Amigos de los Teatros Históricos de España (AMIThE).
