• Professor at the University of Barcelona (1970–2008), currently Emeritus Professor.
• He has been Visiting Professor at several universities and has supervised 8 doctoral theses.
• His research focuses on Ethnopsychology and Cultural Psychology, culture and cultural identity, as well as rituals and organizational culture.
