- Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Barcelona (Balearic branch, 1975–1978).
- Professor of Administrative Law at the Abat Oliba University Centre, Faculty of Economic Sciences (1981–1995).
- Professor of Constitutional Law at the Abat Oliba University Centre (1984–1986).
- Member of the Public Prosecutor’s Office by ministerial order (1971).
- Judge of First Instance and Instruction in Telde and Puigcerdà (1972).
- Administrative Court Magistrate by competitive examination, in the Territorial Courts of Palma de Mallorca and Barcelona (1976).
- President of the Third Chamber of Administrative Litigation of the Territorial Court of Barcelona, now the High Court of Justice of Catalonia (1985).
- President of the Provincial Expropriation Board of Barcelona (1988–1992).
- Magistrate of the Supreme Court, Third Chamber and Review Appeals (1992–1993).
