- Executive and entrepreneur with international experience in Spain, the United Kingdom, Portugal, and Italy, as well as in numerous countries in global operations.
- Pioneer of private equity in Spain during the 1990s, he began his career at 3i Group plc (Manchester, 1995).
- Investment Director at 3i in Madrid (1997–2000).
- Director of the Barcelona Office of 3i (2000–2003).
- Joined Permira (London, 2003), where he founded and led the Madrid office (2004).
- Member of the Executive Committee, Investment Committee, and Board of Directors of Permira.
- Senior Partner at Permira (2008–2016), with global responsibility for Human Resources as Chair of the Remuneration and Promotions Committee.
