Great defender of the pharmacist as a nutritional educator, proof of this is the meticulous implementation of the different Nutritional Education Plans by
the Pharmacist (PLENUFAR) and numerous national campaigns on hydration.
In addition, he has also been a member of different doctoral thesis boards, as well as author and co-author of numerous scientific publications, books and training material, all of this always combined with his work as Head of a Pharmacy Office.
