The Royal European Academy of Doctors-Barcelona 1914 (RAED) will present next Monday, March 20, the book “Sistemas Federales. Una comparación internacional” (Federal Systems: an international comparison), a compendium of Wilhelm Hofmeister and José Tudela Aranda edited by the Manuel Giménez Abad Foundation for Parliamentary Studies and the Autonomous State.

Two authors will participate: Celina de Souza, researcher at the Federal University of Bahia (Brazil), and Roland Sturm, professor of Political Science at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (Germany). Santiago Castellà, professor of International Law at the University Rovira i Virgili and full academician of the RAED, will also join a debate that will moderate the also academician and professor of Constitutional Law of the Autonomous University of Barcelona Teresa Freixes.
