Dr. Juan Pablo Ventosa’s reflection addresses the transformation of leadership in the age of complexity, framing it as a phenomenon where science, consciousness and purpose converge. He proposes a theoretical framework for understanding conscious leadership as an evolution of managerial thinking, integrating ethical, cognitive and cultural dimensions. Through the Leadership Analytics approach, he introduces a methodology that makes it possible to observe, measure and develop leadership effectiveness based on evidence, while preserving the humanistic essence of managerial action.
