Isidro Fainé, full academician of the Royal European Academy of Doctors-Barcelona 1914 (RAED), will replace Salvador Gabarró in front of Gas Natural after the Global Infrastructure Partners group purchasing a 20% of the company. Fainé left three months ago the presidency of CaixaBank after a long and fruitful period in which the old saving bank faced successfully restructuring, and now presides the Caixa Foundation, Criteria and the Spanish Confederation of Savings Banks, three counts that will combine with it of Gas Natural.
