Description
Dr. Laila Darwich Soliva, coordinator of the Master’s Degree in Zoonoses and One Health at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and Eva Baixauli Algaba, Fellow of the MSD Animal Health Federation of Veterinarians of Europe, will give the conference-workshop “Aproximació a Una sola salut. Proposta educativa sobre malalties zoonótiques amb eines de gamificació” (Approach to One health. Educational proposal on zoonotic diseases with gamification tools).
They will be presented by Dr. M. dels Àngels Calvo Torras, Vice President of the RAED and President of Section 2 (Health Sciences)
An educational proposal will be presented to introduce children to the concept of one health and raise awareness about the importance of preventing zoonotic diseases, taking rabies as an example in developing countries.
