Mireia is an Associate Professor at IESE Business School. He joined IESE in 2009 after graduating from his Doctorate at the Boston University School of Management. He previously studied his MBA at IESE. She is also an Industrial Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. As a result of her research, she has published extensively in academic impact journals on issues related to the integration of family work around the world, on women and leadership and on the development of career paths. She has also co-edited several academic books, and has co-directed the International Labor Conference of IESE since 2009. She is also the co-director of the IESE International Conference on Women and Leadership, which celebrated its first edition in July. 2017, and in 2018 he will co-direct the interdisciplinary conference on fatherhood together with the Social Trends Institute and Harvard University. Mireia directs the IFREI project, which brings together researchers from more than fifteen countries, and who has worked with more than 60 corporations around the world, from Canada to Chile, from Kenya to the Philippines. Every two years the IFREI Network organizes a meeting that unites companies, governments and academics. His academic fields include People Management, Professional Trajectories and Digital Identity.
