He holds a PhD in Economics and Business Administration (UB) and the PhD in Communication and Humanities, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), an International Master of Business Administration (IMBA), a Master in General Business (MSc), a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Business Communication (BBC). Certificate in Strategy by HARVARD Business School (USA), by OXFORD University Säid Business School (UK), and IESE Business School (Spain). He is Doctor Honoris Causa by Lishui University (China) for his contributions to theoretical and applied convergence to Eastern and Western school’s of strategy and strategic thinking. He is Founder of the Harvard Business School Corporate Level Strategy Group (Boston, USA) and Member of the Oxford Strategy Observatory (UK).
He is currently a member of the Strategic Manamegent Society (SMS), the Academy of Management (AOM) and the Harvard Business School Corporate Level Strategy Group (HBSCLS) in the United States. He has received the “Recognition to Research in Strategy” of the Royal Academy of Business and Financial Sciences of Spain and the “Title to Merit Investigator”, of the European Council of Doctors (European Union). He is Honorary Speaker of the IESE Business School (University of Navarra), Honorary Professor of the University of Barcelona, Honorary Professor of the University of Gerona, Honorary Professor of the University of Vic, Pilar Mayón Award for academic contribution and research in Spain by the Bosh i Gimperat Foundation of the University of Barcelona.
He has published more than 300 articles on Strategic Communication, Strategic Management and Strategy topics in prestigious magazines and world economic press. He is an author recognized by more than twenty books published in prestigious editorials on Strategy, Strategy Communication, Formulation and Strategic Thinking. In these subjects he has published with renowned authors such as Henry Mintzberg (McGill University, Canada), Robert R. Kaplan (Harvard Business School, USA), Gerald Goldhaber (NYU) and Linda L. Putnam (University of California at Santa Barbara, USA). He has been Dean and Advisor to prestigious Business School’s, and is the author and Director of the “What is Learned in the Best World MBA’s” Collection at Grupo Planeta DeAgostini (Barcelona, Spain) and the Guide “How to Choose an MBA” (Europe and Latam).
