Dr. Federico González Santoyo
He is Professor and Principal Investigator “C” TC since 1980 at the UMSNH in Morelia Mexico, attached to the Faculty of Accounting and Administrative Sciences. He is an Electrical Engineer from the School of Electrical Engineering of the Michoacán University of San Nicolás de Hidalgo, Master in Administration from the School of Accounting and Administration of the same University, obtaining the degree with honorable mention, he is a Master in Engineering (Decision Making) by the Graduate Studies Division of the Faculty of Engineering of the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico, Doctor of Engineering (Operations Research) by the Faculty of Engineering of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, PhD in Economics and Business of the University Rovira i Virgili (Spain) (Program completed), Doctor of Science from the Research and Development Center of the State of Michoacán (CIDEM), obtaining the degree with Honorable Mention.

Positions: he has been Academic Secretary and Director of the Faculty of Engineering in Wood Technology of the UMSNH, Assistant Director of University Planning of the UMSNH. Head of the Postgraduate Studies Division of the School of Accounting and Administrative Sciences of the Michoacana University of San Nicolás de Hidalgo, Head of the Research, Development and Liaison Department, is director-editor of the Business Sciences and Business Management Journals of the same Faculty, Mimíxekua (U. La Salle), has been prof. of the Graduate Studies Division of the Faculty of Engineering of the UNAM, Masters in quality U. SALLE-Mexico, Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Spain) in the Doctorate in Economics and Business, Deputy Director of Postgraduate Studies of the CIDEM and prof. of Master’s and Doctorate, Member of the Council of Government and President of the Council of the Scientific Investigation of the University the Salle Morelia (2009, February of the 2012).

He is representative for Mexico until 2005 of the International Association for Fuzzy Sets Management and Economy (SIGEF) since 1997 he is an Honorary Member as of November 2005 he is Vice President of the same, representative for Mexico of AMSE: International Association for Modeling and Simulation Techniques in Enterprises since (2004), he is also a number partner of the Mexican Society of Geography and Statistics and Secretary of the Morelia Chapter. In the sports environment, from 2003-2009 he was President of the Michoacana Association of Karate A.C., is 5th Dan C.N. in Karatedo Sytoryu., likewise he is vice president of the Mexican Association of Karatedo Syto Ryu.
