- Advisor in finance and business strategy. Served as an advisor for the Barcelona 1992 Olympic Games bid dossier.
- Director of Operations Planning during the Barcelona ’92 Olympics.

- A distinguished sportsman, he was Deputy Leader of the first Catalan expedition to reach the summit of Everest (North Face, 1985). He has completed five expeditions to the Himalayas and several in Africa and the Americas.
