Profile of Juan Pablo Ventosa
Juan Pablo Ventosa holds a PhD in Economics and Business Administration and is founding partner of Human Performance, a firm dedicated to leadership transformation and organizational culture. He has developed his career as a professor, executive coach, consultant and board advisor, accompanying executives, boards and business families in Spain and Latin America.
Author of the book Leadership Analytics, he promotes an innovative vision of leadership understood as a system, integrating science, awareness and results. His approach combines executive experience with a solid methodological foundation that links the quality and quantity of leadership with business sustainability.
He holds degrees in Economics and Business Administration, a diploma in Business Sciences, and several master’s and postgraduate programs completed in Spain, the United States, Argentina and Mexico, which consolidate his academic profile and international perspective. He has taught at leading business schools, including EGADE Business School at Tecnológico de Monterrey, and has collaborated with academic and business institutions in Europe and the Americas.
His work has been disseminated through publications in specialized journals, conferences and international forums on conscious leadership, organizational culture and strategic talent.
Recognized for his international career and his contribution to contemporary management thought, he is a Numerary Member of the Royal European Academy of Doctors.
