Organizations with a Soul: The New Paradigm of Humanistic Leadership in the 21st Century

Dr Bonasa’s admission speech reflects on the urgent need to transform current management models towards Organizations with a Soul, spaces where purpose, culture, empathy and wellbeing become true drivers of human competitiveness and sustainable excellence.

He presents the 4A model (Learning, Attitude, Soul and Action) as a framework to promote conscious leadership, integral wellbeing and social transformation.

The intervention explores how art acts as an emotional catalyst and how humanistic leadership can foster more fulfilled teams, healthier organizations and more dignified societies.
