Conflict Avoidance in Family Businesses

“The family business is the project and purpose of the business family. In this talk, we will discuss how to maintain the virtuous cycle and avoid conflict as the business grows, as do family members, as time passes, and as new generations arrive. We will approach the topic from a humanistic and cross-cutting perspective, also highlighting legal instruments that can help us achieve this goal.”
