Presentation and debate “Vital Challenges 2025: Horizons of Europe, keys to the future”

The Royal European Academy of Doctors (RAED) and the Pro Royal European Academy of Doctors Foundation, in collaboration with the Department of Foreign Action and European Union of the Government of Catalonia, are honored to invite you to the second presentation of the editorial project Vital Challenges 2025: Horizons of Europe, Keys for the Future.

This will be a unique opportunity to engage in dialogue, share perspectives, and anticipate trends, at a decisive moment for Europe and for the international projection of Catalonia and Spain.

Objectives

• Promote debate on Europe’s major challenges.
• Project Catalonia and Spain as a hub of critical thinking, knowledge, and global commitment.

The activity is born with the aim of making accessible to all citizens the debates and academic reflections raised by the Vital Challenges project.

Areas of Reflection

The contents of this debate are structured around the main challenges that will shape Europe’s path in the coming years:

• Geopolitics and energy security in an unstable global context.
• Digital transformation and technological sovereignty in Europe.
• Social inequality and migration, with Spain as a key player.
• Public health, sustainability, and climate change, inescapable challenges of the 21st century.
• Education, values, and ethics as drivers of cohesion and progress.
