TEACHING AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY:

  • She began her teaching and research activity in 1992 at the Complutense University of Madrid, in the field of Communication in Organizations. She has led the development of this academic and research area since its inception and continues to promote it today.
  • She has held postdoctoral research fellowships and contracts at two internationally renowned academic institutions: the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) (United Kingdom) and Harvard University (USA).
  • The opportunity to work under the guidance of prestigious academics at these institutions enabled her to publish articles in national and international scientific journals.
  • She has also directed research projects and doctoral theses and has participated in scientific committees of national and international conferences in the field of Institutional Communication.
  • She has been a member of the Advisory Board of educational institutions such as the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
  • Among her main objectives as a professor and researcher is to promote new lines of research linking the academic and business worlds, integrating theoretical reflection with professional practice.
  • As a result of this approach, she launched the annual Business Training Program at Harvard University, supported and sponsored by various public and private institutions.
  • For the past 20 years, she has directed the “RCC at Harvard Executive Program”, a personal initiative that remains active today. Throughout its editions, this program has become a benchmark forum for entrepreneurs and academics, defining global communication strategies and analysing the current context from both academic and business perspectives.
