- Degree in Medicine and Surgery (1992) from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
- PhD in Biomedicine (2017) from the Pompeu Fabra University, with the dissertation “Hypofractionated irradiation schemes in breast cancer conservative treatment“.
- Specialist in Radiation Oncology since 1997.
TEACHING AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY
- Consultant in the Radiation Oncology Service at the Hospital del Mar of Barcelona since 1999 and Deputy Coordinator of the Breast Pathology Unit.
- Training stays at the Hospital Claudius Regaud of Toulouse and the European Institute of Oncology of Milan.
- Member of the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) and of the Spanish Society of Radiation Oncology.
- Secretary of the Spanish Group of Breast Radiation Oncology (GEORM).
- Secretary of the Associació de Metges Cristians de Catalunya and member of the medical team of the Hospitality of Lourdes of Barcelona.
- He has delivered more than 75 presentations at national and international congresses in his specialty.
- Professor at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences of the Pompeu Fabra University since 2010, and lecturer in several master’s programmes at the University of Barcelona, the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and the Foundation for Mastology Studies (FEMA).
