PUBLICATIONS

  • Author of the article “Costo del Cambio de Hipoteca” (La Vanguardia, 1993), which inspired the Mortgage Subrogation and Modification Law, unanimously approved by the Spanish Congress in 1994.
  • Participated in expert working groups that drafted legislative texts such as the Land Act (2007) and the Law 4/2013 on measures to promote and facilitate the rental housing market.
  • Author of five monographs, director and contributor to several collective works, and author of numerous articles.
