- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Studies and PhD in Economics (Business branch) from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Barcelona.
TEACHING ACTIVITY
- Associate Professor at the Department of Business Economics and Organisation of the University of Barcelona, where he has taught several undergraduate subjects and first-year doctoral courses.
- He has been part of numerous doctoral thesis committees and has taught in nine different master’s programmes.

- Delegate of the Rector and member of the Board of Directors of the Interuniversity Master’s in Business Administration and Management, jointly awarded by the UB, the UAB and the UPC.
- Founder and Director of the Master’s in Fashion Business Management.
PUBLICATIONS
- Author of several books on Human Resources. He has presented papers at congresses on Organisation and Finance and has supervised several doctoral theses in these areas.
AWARDS AND DISTINCTIONS
- He has supervised several doctoral theses, including one awarded the ACCID 2008 Prize and another the Extraordinary Faculty Award (biennium 2010–2012).
