NOTE. Depending on atmospheric conditions and the likelihood of cloud cover making it difficult or impossible to observe the eclipse, the primary purpose of the Meeting, we may need to move to a location offering more reliable visibility.

Community Activities

• Day 11:
  • Opening academic lunch at Hotel Vejo (Reinosa): 2:00-4:00
    Distribution of identification materials: programmes, lanyard with identification card,
    commemorative T-shirt, folder, notebook and pen for taking
    notes.
  • Departure for Arija
• Day 12:
  • Academic lunch in the Arija area
  • VIP eclipse observation at Monte Gurugú
  • Academic dinner in the Arija area
• Day 13:
  • Closing dinner in the Arija area

Coffee will be available during the academic breaks.

Identification is required at all these activities.

Registration

• Of the utmost importance for effective organisation, given the anticipated presence of a large number of spectators.
• Exclusively for members of the RAED and ACIHL and their spouses and children. Please register as soon as possible.
