Dr. Ignacio Bonasa Alzuria
Dr. Ignacio Bonasa Alzuria is a transformational leader and an international reference in humanistic leadership, organizational well-being, and learning through art. He holds a Law degree and an MBA from ICADE, completed the General Management Program (GMP) at IESE Business School, and developed an extensive executive career at Banco Exterior de España, Argentaria, BBVA, BBVA Portugal, BBVA Dinero Express, and Caja Rural de Aragón.
He holds solid doctoral-level academic training, with the following doctorates and postdoctoral studies:
- PhD in Leadership and Organizational Transformation (European International University, Paris).
- PhD in Strategic Educational Administration (Universidad Internacional Ignacio Castro Pérez, Mexico).
- PhD in Psychology (Kennedy University, France).
- Doctor in Business Administration (DBA) (Institute of Management & Technology – EIMT, Switzerland).
- Doctor Honoris Causa awarded by various doctoral bodies in Mexico and Latin American and international universities.
- Postdoctoral studies in Administrative Sciences and Senior Management, in Philosophy and Multidisciplinary Scientific Research, and in Organizational and Occupational Well-being (UCH & NELKUALI).
He is President of Liderarte, President of the European Association of Organizations with Soul, President of the European Well-being Association, President of the International Association “Dale la Vuelta a la Tortilla,” and President of the Parliament of Latin American Leaders.
Creator of the Learning through Art® model, the 4A Model, and author, among other publications, of *La Receta del Bienestar*, he has inspired thousands of leaders and organizations across Europe and Latin America with a deeply human, artistic, and transformational approach.
