- Obtained an MBA from the IESE Business School, Universidad de Navarra in June 1992.
- Holds a Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña, with a specialization in Industrial Organization, obtained in June 1989.

- Her experience includes projects that study the challenges faced by large corporations, exploring the influence of organization and governance on economic outcomes.
