UNIVERSITY DEGREES
- Mireia is an Associate Professor at IESE Business School. She joined IESE in 2009 after completing her PhD at Boston University School of Management.
- Previously, she earned her MBA at IESE.
- She is also an Industrial Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
TEACHING AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY
- As a result of her research, she has widely published in high-impact academic journals on topics related to work-family integration around the world, women and leadership, and career development.
- She has also co-edited several academic books.
- She is the co-director of the IESE International Conference on Women and Leadership, first held in July 2017, and in 2018 co-directed the Interdisciplinary Congress on Fatherhood together with the Social Trends Institute and Harvard University.
- Mireia leads the IFREI Project, which brings together researchers from over fifteen countries and has collaborated with more than sixty corporations worldwide, from Canada to Chile and from Kenya to the Philippines. Every two years, the IFREI network organizes a meeting that gathers companies, governments, and academics.
