  • Diploma in Hospital Management from the University of Barcelona.
  • Diploma in Breast Pathology.
  • Resident in Radiation Oncology at Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau (1975–1979).
  • Specialist in Radiation Oncology at the same hospital (1979–1987), focusing on breast and gynecological cancers.

  • Assistant and Associate Professor at UAB (since 1977).
  • Full Professor of Radiology at UAB (1987).
