{"id":82626,"date":"2019-10-24T21:38:32","date_gmt":"2019-10-24T21:38:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/raed.academy\/?p=82626"},"modified":"2019-11-18T13:02:24","modified_gmt":"2019-11-18T13:02:24","slug":"facial-surgery-claros-clinic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/raed.academy\/en\/facial-surgery-claros-clinic\/","title":{"rendered":"Facial surgery"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>The Clar\u00f3s Clinic teaches a new course that attracts numerous specialists from around the world<\/h2>\n<div style=\"width: 230px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Pedro-Claros-Blanch-w.jpg\" alt=\"Dr. Pedro Clar\u00f3s\" width=\"220\" height=\"270\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dr. Pedro Clar\u00f3s<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The <strong>Permanent University Laboratory<\/strong> of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.clinicaclaros.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Clar\u00f3s Clinic<\/strong><\/a>, founded and directed by the vicepresident of the <strong>Royal European Academy of Doctors-Barcelona 1914<\/strong> (RAED) <a href=\"https:\/\/raed.academy\/en\/academicians\/dr-pedro-claros-blanch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Pedro Clar\u00f3s<\/strong><\/a>, hosted the new course <strong>&#8220;Multidisciplinary Anatomical Orbital Workshop&#8221;<\/strong> on October 7 and 8, in which the participants were able to work and practice, under the orders and control of expert instructors in orbit surgery, with anatomical pieces that have been conveniently prepared with silicone injection into the blood vessels, to make them even more similar to surgery in alive. It&#8217;s the first course in its modality and has a lot of interest for resident doctors and specialists in the areas of Otolaryngology, Ophthalmology, Facial Max, Neurosurgery and Facial Plastic Surgery.<\/p>\n<p>During the two days that the course lasted, the participants were able to perform anatomical-surgical training in a teaching environment with all the available facilities so that learning the different surgical techniques would be pleasant and simple. Specialists from Poland, Hungary, Portugal, Japan, Greece and Italy participated in this first edition.<\/p>\n<p>These courses are organized by Pedro Clar\u00f3s himself, specialist in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery, and <strong>Marta L\u00f3pez-Fortuny<\/strong>, specialist in Ophthalmology and Oculoplasty. The Clar\u00f3s Clinic has had the support of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ub.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>University of Barcelona<\/strong><\/a> and that of the Royal Academy, which guarantee and certify this and other courses.
