The YouTube channel of the Royal European Academy of Doctors-Barcelona 1914<\/strong> (RAED) already has the video summary of the act of admission as full academician of Ignacio Buqueras<\/strong><\/a>, doctor of Information Sciences and president of the Association for Dissemination and Promotion of the World Heritage of Spain<\/strong>, held on July 1 in the Assembly Hall for the Catalan labor Promotion of National Work<\/strong><\/a>, headquarters of the Academy. The recipient read the admission “El patrimonio mundial, cultural, natural e inmaterial de Espa\u00f1a”<\/strong><\/a> (World, cultural, natural and intangible heritage of Spain). On behalf of the Rotal Corporation answered the full academician, vicepresident of the RAED and president of the Spanish Independent Foundation<\/strong><\/a> Aldo Olcese<\/strong><\/a>. The event was followed by more than 80 attendees and 25 academicians.<\/p>\n

Promoter of numerous initiatives forged from civil society, the new academician highlighted during his admission the hard work of the association that presides since its foundation a little over a year ago, culminated with the publication of the book that bears the same title that Buqueras wanted to give to your admission speech. The study is the result of the intense dedication of its members in just one year of work in their defense and dissemination of the Spanish heritage recognized by Unesco<\/strong><\/a>. Hence, in his speech, Buqueras reviewed all these assets and offered interesting details about its history, circumstances and major historical avatars.<\/p>\n

The new academician of The RAED is also a member of the Humanities Section of the Royal Academy of Doctors of Spain<\/strong><\/a>, full academician of the Academy of Diplomacy of the Kingdom of Spain<\/strong><\/a>, academician of the Royal Academy of the Sea<\/strong>, chairman of the Committee Executive of the Universal Tribute to the Spanish Language<\/strong> and honorary president of the National Commission for the Rationalization of Spanish Schedules<\/strong>, among other positions that attest to his intense activity and commitment to Spanish civil society.<\/p>\n
